Perforated Kraft Paper

Material Concepts’ Perforated Kraft underlay paper provides optimum performance and excellent air flotation on all automated cutting systems. Our Perforated Kraft underlay paper is smooth, strong, and crisp. Lesser quality perforated Kraft papers are often brittle, tear easily, and have a rough surface that can leave particulate on cut work and even break apart on the cutting table. The quality of our Kraft underlay paper will keep your cutting operations efficient and productive.

Material Concepts supplies three types of Perforated Kraft underlay paper, MAX-AIR™, MICRO™ and AIR-RUDY™.

MAX-AIR™ Perforated Kraft Underlay Paper
Our MAX-AIR™ brand is our latest generation of perforated Kraft paper and wax paper. MAX-AIR™ is a field-proven perforated Kraft underlay paper used on Lectra, Gerber, Assyst-Bullmer, Investronica, Tukatech and other vacuum cutters. MAX-AIR™ quality insures a strong and smooth sheet structure that provides excellent flotation and maximum productivity. With its extra large hole perforations, it replaces more costly 7/8" and 2" punched papers. Unlike MAX-AIR™, punched paper contain confetti - the paper circles that get stuck in your table's bristle blocks resulting in loss of vacuum draw and contaminated fabric. MAX-AIR™ Kraft papers keep your cutting room operations running smoothly.

MICRO™ Perforated Kraft Underlay Paper
Our MICRO™ brand is our original perforated Kraft paper with decreased air flow for better air flotation. MICRO™ is the same high quality as AIR-RUDY™. MICRO™ perforated Kraft underlay paper can be purchased plain or waxed.

AIR-RUDY™ Perforated Kraft and Waxed Underlay Paper
AIR-RUDY™ is still available if you prefer less air flow than the MAX-AIR™ paper.
