How to Evaluate Disposo® Die Cutting Pads: This is the best disposable die cutting pad made. Experience has taught us that the best way to evaluate these pads is to use one box. We will provide one box at our large quantity price. For Best Results: It takes time to become acquainted with new methods. Have your best operator use them exclusively. Be certain your original block is smooth and level. Hytronic users must go to the stroke method. Raise cutting head about .125" (1/8"). You do not want to cut through the pad. Keep cutting dies sharp and free of nicks. Be sure pad is on a flat, level surface. When cutting, "kiss" the pad with your cutting die. Use the Disposo® die cutting pad until productivity and cutting quality drops, then throw out the pad. Use the entire surface. Store die cutting pads in the box. Keep flat and covered. Keep from heat and moisture.
