What is the widest roll Material Concepts can handle for converting?
155" is the maximum roll width Material Concepts can accommodate.
What is the maximum roll diameter Material Concepts can handle?
Material Concepts can handle roll diameters up to 100".
What is the maximum finished roll diameter Material Concepts can provide?
Finished rolls can be provided up to 63" in diameter.
I don’t know the core size of my material. What can Material Concepts handle?
You can provide your material on any size core. Your material will typically be finished on 3" or 5" cores depending on your requirements.
What types of materials can Material Concepts slit and rewind?
Staple nonwovens, Spunlaid, Air Laid, Wet Laid, Spunbond Polyester, Spunbond Polypropylene, Spunlace, scrim, DRC, wipes, tissue, cellulose.
Bond, newsprint, liner board, kraft, waxed, bogus, butcher, poly coated papers, polyester, Tyvek®, glassine, fabric and nylon can also be converted.
How narrow can Material Concepts slit material?

Will Material Concepts warehouse my material until I need it converted?
Yes. You can ship your material to Material Concepts directly from your supplier. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
I have bundles of sheets in a size I no longer sell. Can Material Concepts cut it to a different size?
Material Concepts has a 59" wide Polar Mohr guillotine cutter and will cut and bundle your paper or board to any size you require.
