ISO 9001:2015 is a globally-recognized standard dedicated to Quality Management Systems (QMS) developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The international ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on several key quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, active and involved top management, a process-based approach, and ongoing improvement.
