Material Concepts’ polyoverlay/poly sheeting is field-proven by customers in apparel, furniture upholstery, luggage, nautical, and automotive interior manufacturing. Our stock Polyoverlay substrate is offered in high- and low-density poly sheeting films, in a variety of thicknesses and widths.

Standard gauges and roll sizes for most sizes:
- 0.75 mil – 5000 feet/roll
- 1.00 mil – 3800 feet/roll
- 1.20 mil – 3150 feet/roll
